Circuit Breaker Resets:
If you simply need your circuit breakers reset, just e-mail us at email@example.com with "breaker reset" as the subject and be sure to include your employee number.
Route Or Frequency Changes:
If you want to forward us some route or frequency changes, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are always bribing people with free time so don't be shy!

SWALife / CWA Issues:
If you can't get into SWALife or CWA at all, contact the Crew Portal Help desk at 1-800-447-9291, then select option 9.

Our primary means of technical support is via email to allow quicker response, especially considering AM/PM schedules and time zone differences. Occasionally email requires too many exchanges, or a live conversation is necessary to better troubleshoot the problem. In these cases we will make arrangements to continue the
troubleshooting by telephone. If you need some help from us, one of the categories listed
above should get you pointed in the right direction.
