When you open FLiCA, tap the More button on the top of the screen. This will bring you to the "All Trips" screen which will show you every trip you have for a given month. You can change the current month by tapping the arrow on the top left of the screen. The arrows across the top will scroll through your trips.
Once you have the trip that you want to add, click the Add button. FLiCA will ask what date the trip starts on, then it will add it to your datebook.
